Meet Kavita

After graduating from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, Kavita was admitted to the California Bar in 2005. She soon began practicing law with established firms in San Francisco, learning the ins and outs of Bay Area real estate law. In 2017, Kavita stepped out on her own, founding Sharma Law Group. She has since represented landlords, homeowners, property managers and others to settle a wide range of legal real estate issues including landlord/tenant disputes, HOA disputes, commercial leasing, buyer/seller disputes and many others. Her understanding and familiarity with the notoriously complex real estate laws of the Bay Area, combined with her hands-on commitment to settling cases early, makes her a perfect choice to represent you in any matter involving real estate in the Bay Area. In 2019, she was nominated by her other real estate attorneys to become Chair of the Real Property Section of the San Francisco Bar Association.
